Brian Bomgardner, Founder and Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Northpoint Recruiting, Brian is responsible for business development, client relations and talent selection. It is by his direction that the service offering has focused exclusively on executive and professional level staffing for life science companies -- primarily because of his enthusiasm for the meaningful healthcare contributions those companies make to the public at large.

Brian has managed multiple businesses at various life-cycle stages including start-up, turn-around and expansion. He has more than twenty years of staffing industry experience that includes delivering executive search, consulting, and interim staffing solutions to some of the most technically and scientifically innovative companies in the US.
 

Career Highlights:
 

• Chief Operating Officer of Technology Locator, a California based regional supplemental staffing company. Orchestrated and directed a success­ful company turnaround and multiple service location expansion. Became an equity partner.  Company was acquired by Randstad USA.  
• President and General Manager of CSW Inc. Recruited a team of investors and acquired this spe­cialty manufacturer of products for the casual living market. Responsible for product design, manufacturing operations, general administration and commercial operations.
